Free Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: we offer free shipping on all orders that ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Continental United States.
- Free shipping on eligible orders: order 45 USD or more to qualify for FREE Shipping
NOTE: For orders that don't meet the 45 USD threshold are charged a 6.99 USD flat rate shipping fee.
Shipping and Delivery times
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
- Processing time:
- The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
- Shipping time:
- The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Important: all items sold at Front Products ships within 2-5 business days and are guaranteed to be delivered in 7-35 business days for orders that ship within the 48 contiguous United States and 20-40 business days for international orders (depending on location). If you need an estimated date of delivery before placing your order please contact us at email@example.com.
If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
NOTE: the processing and shipping times may vary due to delays beyond our control or any other force major incidents.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Delays in delivery caused by force majeure event, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war and others.
- Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond our control, such as public holidays, Customs issues and others.
